Can’t reset my gen2 AirPods to use replacement rght airpod

I received a replace right AirPod today from apple and can’t get it synced with my case.. tried multiple time to factory reset

AirPod gen 4 anc not connecting Hi, I got a replacement for my airpod. I followed the steps on how to reset them - forgetting the device etc. when I’ve tried to reset them it says that the case and both AirPods are not mine. This is not true as I’ve only replaced one of the AirPods. I’ve had a look on my account and can’t see the device anywhere so not sure why the error message is showing

Why won't my AirPods Pro 2nd Gen connect to my iPhone? I have the AirPod pro gen 2 I accidentally forgot it and when then it wouldn’t connect so I reset it so at this point whenever I open the case it’s flashing white and it won’t show up on my phone then I took each AirPod at once and it only acknowledged the right one being taken out on top of that my left AirPod is a replacement after I lost it in the snow last year and now I assume the reason it’s not connecting is because both AirPods needs to be In the case and since one isn’t paired to the case it won’t work any way to fix this??? Or do I have to go to an Apple Store. [Re-Titled by Moderator]
