This could be due to a few reasons, and I'll provide some troubleshooting steps to help you resolve the issue:

  1. Syncing Issues: Ensure that your Apple Watch or other fitness tracking device is properly synced with your iPhone. Make sure both devices are connected and that they've successfully synced recent data. You can try restarting both devices to see if that helps establish a connection.
  2. Data Display Settings: Check the display settings in the Activity app. Sometimes, the app might be set to show a specific time range or type of data. You can adjust the date range to see if your old fitness data becomes visible.
  3. App Update: Make sure your Activity app is up to date. Outdated apps can sometimes lead to glitches and missing data.
  4. iCloud Sync: Ensure that iCloud is properly configured on both your iPhone and Apple Watch. This enables seamless syncing of health and fitness data across devices. Go to "Settings" > [your name] > "iCloud" and make sure that "Health" is turned on.
  5. Health Data Permissions: Check the permissions for Health data. The Activity app relies on data from the Health app. Go to "Settings" > "Privacy" > "Health" and ensure that the Activity app has the necessary permissions.
  6. Restart and Reinstall: Try restarting your iPhone and Apple Watch. If the issue persists, you might consider uninstalling and reinstalling the Activity app on your iPhone.
  7. Contact Apple Support: If none of the above steps work, you might want to contact Apple Support for further assistance. They can provide specific guidance and troubleshooting tailored to your situation.
