I am locked out of my Mac Desktop. The screen is not the normal screen. It just has a picture of a leaf, my name and enter password. My password is not working. The only other thing on my screen is "cancel" which brings me right back to the same screen.

Make sure your Caps Lock key is not inadvertently toggled "on". Press it (once) to be sure.

Thank you. I ended up calling support. There was a power outage which messed up my Mac. Support helped me change my password to get back in.
