Is Verizon doing anything about its declining service? It used to be the best and now it’s the worst. What is being done? I have been trying to remain loyal, but I’m ready to switch carriers. Especially if they’re not going to be honest about the reasons for the declining service and let us know what is being done about it.

You need to talk to Verizon about your issues. Personally, I have had Verizon since my first cell phone with no problems.
