Return it for refund. You cannot use this phone. Apple won't help you. We can't help you. If you can't reach the seller, accept that you very likely purchased a stolen iPhone, something FB Marketplace is famous for.

And if you can't reach the seller, nor get your money back, recycle the phone responsibly and chalk this up to an unfortunate buying decision.

You have been scammed and the seller will most likely not be available for you to return. FB Marketplace is a cesspool of stolen devices and the losers are the people who buy them. The phone will not be usable to you. You took a huge risk buying a used device without physically seeing that the phone has been reset and is on the "Hello" startup screen.
