There may be a way to recover that recently deleted photo with iCloud. Follow the steps from this guidance: Delete and recover photos and videos on iCloud.com

Recover photos and videos

1. In Photos on iCloud.com, click the Recently Deleted album in the sidebar.

2. If you don’t see the sidebar, click .

3. Select the photos or videos you want to recover, then click Recover.
