I own a Samsung and use the Samsung Pass App frequently. This app allows to save passwords and IDs not only for websites, but also for apps. It is, for instance, possible to let Samsung Pass fill out the ID and password field in the instagram app, once you confirmed you identity with your Fingerprint.
Is there a similar app or functionality in iOS? I am asking as I am interested in switching from Samsung to iPhone 15.

Thank you! It was my unserstanding that the function you mentioned only saves IDs for websites, and not for Apps.
