how can i see my passwords that i don’t remember?

I’m trying to access my Instagram account but i’ve always had trouble remembering it. My iPhone auto fills but i can’t see where to find it. Instagram says i can find it in my iCloud.

iPhone 14 Pro Max, iOS 16

Look in Settings>Passwords.
