I have a Sunreed number pad that seems to work on everything (0123456789) here. But not on Excel. Using Mac Air and Perixx keyboard with no number pad. The ROW of numbers does work on excel - Just not the external keypad. HELP

I did not find it by your link. It is not a normal excel issue. I can use excel just fine with other keyboard number pad or with the 2nd row keypad. It is only with the external keypad. I've seen others ask this question without getting a work around. They number keypad works with everything but Excel.
I'd suspect the keypad is either not compatible or is broken.

You should ask for help in the MS forum and the support for your keypad . Since neither excel nor your keypad are Apple products I think the chances of getting a fix here are small.
By your own words, "The keypad is fine. It works on everything but EXCEL". That makes it an Excel issue. It's one or the other or both and you've ruled out the pad.
Talk to the Excel guys.
