I tried contacting a card specialist and they just kept saying: "Hi, My name is Yekisha, an Apple Card specialist. It is my utmost pleasure to take care of your concerns today. I can see you need assistance with closing"

The Apple Card MasterCard Customer Agreement (Terms & Conditions)specifically state that the account owner must voice call an Apple Card Specialist at Goldman Sachs Bank.

Thank you. I was able to get in touch with them via phone and cancel the card. For security purposes I got the number from the Goldman Sachs website just to be safe. Thank you for your assistance
