Cant download youtube app

Downloading other google apps have no problem just youtube. Ive been trying to download Youtube on my iPhone 12 mini for two days now and it wont download. When i click the cloud with the arrow button (meaning download an app ive downloaded before, which ive downloaded Youtube on my iphone 6s but been uninstalled for a long time due to storage issues) it shows the circle loading thing and then it just turns into the cloud image again. Nothing else happens. ive tried signing out in appstore but when selecting “Get” and signing in same problem happens. ive restored my no youtube app iphone 6s backup to my iphone 12 mini
