Cannot log into mail, keeps saying next but nothing pops up
I put in my email and says next but doesn’t take me anywhere just keeps saying verify

Take a moment to restart your iPhone and then try adding your email address again. See the steps to restart if needed here:
If you're still unable to add your account, when it is stuck, is there a spinning wheel or just a blank screen? Also, if you have access to another Wi-Fi network, check if you can add your account then.
Let us know the results from there.
