money disappeared when transfer from Apple Cash to my back

I did a transfer of 130$ from Apple Cash to my bank account on Aug 10th and never get it.

Dispute the transaction on 18th and it was denied after 2 days eve before I upload my bank statement.

Went to bank, verified the routing number and account number are correct.

Contacted Apple support again and they told me they will open another dispute and never get it.

More interesting, when I click download the Apple Cash statement on 18th, the 130$ transaction date

show as 17th, not 10th

When I download the Apple Cash statement again on 24th, the 130$ transaction date

130$ transaction date

show as 17th as 23th.

Any suggestion?
