Apple Event: May 7th at 7 am PT

After shutdown macOS Ventura 13.5.1 it takes hours to turn it on again.

I already did restart SMC and PRAM, reinstall, erase and reinstall macOS recovery from the internet, Configurator app (revive and restore) DFU mode, Apple Diagnostics( No issues found - Reference Code: ADP000) and I've also checked the SSD TBW Data Units Written: [17.6 TB].

What is the bug_type 210 means?

Is there any chance to figure out what is happening considering the log bellow?
