We are all Apple users, like yourself, in the community, so, although we'd like to help, no-one here has access to your accounts or details to check this out for you.
Seems refunds are always made to the same payment method that was used for the original purchase.
You might want to check to make sure your card details and expiry date are up-to-date in your Apple account.
If you have more than one payment method, you might want to check your statements to locate the original purchase, and then see if the refund has appeared on a different card's statement.

As it appears Apple has sent the refund some weeks ago, you may just need to wait until your credit-card provider's statement shows they have processed / released your refund.
