I woke up this morning to a black screen on my iPhone 14. It was charging overnight . I can hear the text messages coming through and the phone ring. I just can’t see anything.

Do a force restart as outlined here If your iPhone won't turn on or is frozen - Apple Support

What could cause my iPhone 14 Pro Max to be working perfectly fine. Go to bed. Put it on the charger. Wake up. My my screen is black. I can hear the ringtones and everything but can’t see anything on it. What could be causing this
