Apple ID Balance not updating
I’d put more money into my App Store Credit, but the balance has not increased at all. Been 4+ hours already. I tried signing out and signing in again also. Didn’t work. What to do?

- If you think that your Apple ID balance is incorrect, sign out of the App Store or iTunes Store, then sign back in and check the balance again. If you still think that the balance is incorrect, check your purchase history to see if a subscription renewed or you bought an item.

If you don't see one that handles your issue then keep experimenting with selections until you reach one that gets you a chat session or a telephone call and get the representative to redirect you.

One person who posts here regularly says (and does not provide any basis for that statement) it may take up to 3 days but frankly the only place I saw an official comment about that was from a bank in India. I would think in this day and age of computers that transfer would be almost instantaneous. If you are still concerned, contact Apple.
Checked all of that.
Balance is still wrong. The last payment I did has been deducted from my bank account, but has not been added to Apple Balance. Does it sometime take a few hours/days to reflect?
