M2 Macbook Air lid suddenly opens

My m2 macbook air’s lid opens even when i try to close it. No drops or water damage. It suddenly did this. I brought it to an apple cerified store but they said they couldn’t do anything. I just bought this two weeks ago. What should i do? Please help :(

The hinge is "sprung". Generally, and this applies to all type hinges, if you over extend the hinge, this happens.

You had 14 business days to get a full refund no questions asked. Now it's a warranty issue. But if Apple has told you it's user-caused damage, they will not apply warranty protection.
