Annoying Pop-Up

Every time I go to open One Drive, the image below pops up. This only started a couple of months ago, and I have been using One Drive for years. I looked up keychain-related items under Settings, and there appears to be a method for adding apps et al to one's keychain, but I do not use the feature, and can't turn this one off.
