This is not a “authorities/support team”. It is a user-to-user technical support forum for APPLE products. Not for Meta products such as WhatsApp. You tried a number of near-scam products that you mentioned, and none worked. I made a couple of suggestions, which I hope you tried, and they presumably didn’t work either.
Based on your rather thorough attempts your WhatsApp chats are gone for good. If you didn’t regularly back up your WhatsApp using either iCloud or using the WhatsApp built in backup feature there is nothing that anyone can do to recover what is no longer in existence.

If the folks at WhatsApp can't restore your data, and you if you didn't back it up yourself, your data is clearly gone. Asking for more help, won't yield any positive results for you here. Sorry. Backups are important.
What part of "no" was unclear?
YOU are responsible for backing up your data. If you failed to do so, there is nothing that can be done.
Perhaps this data is on your latest iPhone backup. I have no experience with WhatsApp and do not know where its data is housed. Perhaps the WhatsApp folks store it somewhere.

WhatsApp is not an Apple product or service.
It sounds like they are saying that there is no backup of your data at all and they can't retrieve it from anywhere. if that's the case, it's gone.
My all company data are just gone in a few seconds. I jus want to know is there no way to recover the lost video image on from WhatsApp in iPhone.
