My Apple ID is blocked and I can't remember the email address

Hello, I am from Uzbekistan. my apple id account is blocked. I know the password but I don't know the apple id mail. When I enter the iCloud website with the number connected to the account and enter the password, it says that the account is blocked. please help me...

Typically an Apple ID is an email address you have used. If you are currently using a mobile device that is logged into your account, go to Settings and tap your name at the top. Look in Keychain, and in a browser's security settings if you use it to automatically sign into Apple when using a browser.
