Cannot access my wordpress website on my macbook pro

Hello,

I am unable to open/ access my portfolio website on my macbook pro. I have cleared browser history, checked settings and tried using Chrome, Safari and Firefox. It seems like its an issue with my macbook only and I am unable to figure out what exatcly. It works fine on my PC, iphone and other macs just not my macbook pro for some reason.

ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED this is the error I get along with (i) info or not secure message next to the url.

But I have already checked the HTTPS setting.

Any help to fix this issue will be greatly appreciated as I have had this issue for atleast 2 years now.
