Is the Apple Watch Ultra Intrinsically Safe?

For as far as I know there are no documents avaliable from apple that shows Apple Watches having this classification

That is probably a question for your safety officer (or whatever your company calls them).

This is an interesting question. I suspect that Apple aren't able to answer this question without extensive testing, especially as Apple Watches, like most transportable electronic gadgets, are subject to a whole variety use, misuse and damage caused by the owner which would invalidate any claim to be safe. An example is the so called water resistance which does fail frequently because real life use differs from a laboratory test.

Please provide published research evidence which proves this is "frequent" as opposed to the more probable 1 in 100,000 watches or iphones.
