iPad for watching TV

I’m looking to buy a refurbished iPad to watch tv and streaming apps. Which generation would be best suited?

iPhone 14, iOS 16

This is all really going to depend on what you want. You are going to want to make sure you get something that can keep up with the current iPadOS that is available as the apps are probably going to insist that you have the most recent version if you go to download them. You are also going to want to consider anything else that you are going to want from the iPad.

If you are really just going to use it for streaming videos and TV then it really isn’t going to matter which one you get but like I stated earlier, you’re going to want to make sure that you get something that can keep up with the current software. Also, there are different sizes so if you want something bigger then you’re going to have to look at that as well.

There really isn’t anything that someone is going to be able to tell you that you need to get. Everyone has their own feelings as to what device they need, and their needs aren’t going to be the same as yours. I always say go with the most device that you can afford, this way if you decide later that you want to do more with it and need more out of it, you don’t have to worry about the device not being able to do what you want it to later and then wishing you had gone with something better.

Take a look at the devices available, compare them, decide what looks best for you and go with that. If you’re just going to use it for streaming, then any of the devices are going to give you what you need.
