I need to remove the person in my phone who is my administrator without my consent

Not true there is an article from a year ago where a hacker did this
There’s also an article (actually over 400,000 articles) about how the earth is flat. Seeing an article on the internet doesn’t make it true. Actually, there’s about a 99% chance that anything you see on the internet is not true.

How did MDM get installed on your phone? Either the phone came with it, or you authorized its installation. If you bought the phone used it was probably stolen from the business that manages the MDM.
Post a link to it then.
You need to contact the company - IT department.
If you purchased that corporate iPhone from someone, it was sold illegally.
Ask your money back or recycle the iPhone.
