Watch froze

I just got my new iPhone 14 pro max and went to pair my watch and it completely frozen can’t do anything? I’m freaking out….what do I do

What do you mean by frozen? Blank screen? Apple logo? Something else?


The first (and simplest) thing to try if something isn’t working right is to restart your Apple Watch and its paired iPhone. If necessary (device not responding), try a forced restart. Both methods can be found here:
