Hopefully you made backups because the only way to unlock the phone is to reset it which will wipe out any data that was on it. Apple will not restore it for you as mentioned in the previous post

Once you reset it, you can restore your data from a backup.

Having proof of purchase doesn't matter, Apple will not unlock a disabled phone for you.

Did you make backups, this will be the only way to recover your photos.

Follow the instructions the I or TheLittles posted, that is the only way to unlock your phone.

Troubleshooting a Locked iPhone:
