I want to update my iPhone 6 Plus

If you are using iPhone 6 Plus like your profile states, there is nothing you’re going to be able to do to update it. The hardware in that phone only supports iOS 12 and will not update past that point. If you go to where you update your phone and you get a message “iPhone is up to date” then it’s running the highest version that it can run and cannot be updated any further.

Updating your iPhone is YOUR responsibly. These are just user-to-user forums. No one here has access to your iPhone, and that is a good thing, BTW.

Updating an iPhone 6 Plus Past to iOS 12:

A. You can't.  The iPhone will only install to iOS12. See here: Update your iPhone or iPad Software if you're Experiencing Issues with Location, Date, and Time - Apple Support. And, for the note, even if you could update, only the latest version will install: iOS 16.

So, what to try...

B. Update Using a Computer:

Have a Computer Handy? If so, try using a computer to update. Go here: Update your iPhone Using a Computer - User Tip. If any updates are availabe, they will install, sure enough.

An iPhone 5s or iPhone 6 isn't capable of 13 or above; they require at least 2GB of RAM. To install 12.5.7, use a computer or the Software Update function in Settings.
