I am unable to open certain links on some websites.

I have tried different browsers and they all don't work on certain links in certain website on my MacBook. These same links work with no problem on my iPad. What could be the cause of this?

I suspect this computer is configured with a VPN or other company/network restrictions, or you've installed some third party app that is blocking access. Are you connected to a company/organization network?

Post an etrecheck report so that we can see what may be affecting your computer.

Maybe you've installed some third party app that claims to protect your computer. Maybe you are using a VPN or proxy.

Try booting in safe mode to see if the problem clears.

What is an example of a web site that is not working for you?

If there is an issue where one browser works and another on the same Mac does not, please post those details as well.
