In the documentation it is described that changing the region implies canceling all subscriptions. What will happen to apps purchased from the AppStore, where payment is not in the form of a subscription, but in the fact of a payment?

I don't know how to check for app availability by region other than finding the URL for the app on the App Store and then forcing it to use a different country reference. E.g.,
