Why don’t I have Google Photos on the App Store?

I recently switched from an android to iphone (iphone 11) and was wondering why Google Photos wasn't showing up in the app store. I had it on my android, but now it's not on the app store. I've tried finding solutions online, but no one seems to have the same problem. I've also tried download links to the app store, but it just comes up blank. I've seen others have the app on their iphone, so it's not like it doesn't exist. If it helps, I live in Bosnia and Herzegovina, but I don't see how that's relevant since it was available on the android. So could someone please tell me what's going on here and how I could download the app? Thanks!

In order to download apps on your iPhone, follow these steps:

""On your iPhone or iPad, open the App Store app.
Browse through the Today, Games, Apps, or Arcade tabs to find apps you like. Or tap the Search tab to look for something specific. If you find a game that says Arcade, subscribe to Apple Arcade to play the game.

3. Tap or click the price or Get button. If you see the Open button instead of a price or Get button, you already bought or downloaded that app." Download apps and games on your iPhone or iPad

Hi, I'm another user from Bosnia & Herzegovina - and I'm as of yesterday a first time iPhone owner after switching from Android. I have the same issue - can't find Google photos on the App Store. I've went to photos.google.com (the web app), followed their link to download the app in the store (check screenshots) - and I've just been greeted by a white screen.

Please fix this as I have years and years of memories from multiple previous phones stored on Google Photos and honestly this feels like a dealbreaker..
