iPhone 12 mini battery health issue

My iPhone 12 mini’s battery health now drops to 77% recently. The battery life dropped from 100% quickly to 50% quickly in 2 hrs. The problem should have started after iSO 16 update. Have any user got the same experience? Any suggestions to solve this situation?
