Can’t install the Fitness app on iPad

Why can’t I install the Fitness app (not Fitness+) that is on my iPhone and Apple watch on my iPad?

Fitness (the app) is not part of iPadOS. It belongs on your iPhone and Apple Watch (only).

Can not download fitness app to my ipad I have an iPad Pro 9.7, running iOS 14.2, and a new series 6 Apple Watch. I can’t download the fitness app! At the store it says required features are not available, then further down it says works on this iPad. Can anyone help at all please?
