Xcode not appearing in notification centre settings

i am trying to enable build/run notifications in notification centre as i used to , but when i opened notifications settings from mac preferences i couldn't find xcode to enable its notification , macOS ventura and xcode Version 14.3.1

iPhone 14 Pro Max, iOS 16

How do I fix notifications not showing on iPhone running iOS 18.0.4? My notifications isn't showing even after updating ios 18.0.4 I have trouble getting notifications from the apps I downloaded even thought I've allowed the notifications to show and able to receive. I'd update to Ventura 13.5.1 (the most current public release) and then test again.
