Where can I get drivers, firmware and other software updates for the Epson Stylus Photo R2000 that will run under Ventura 13.*?

Perhaps your better efforts may lend credible success
should a new Epson (ecotank, etc) are sought to use?
The Stylus Photo R2000 model was OK a decade ago
& Epson's support site shows some driver softwares..
Does not appear to use AirPrint technology out of the box; but it might(?)
While my two Epson photo quality inkjet printers vary widely: Older won't
do AirPrint. My newer (WF series) All-in-One has options for Wi-Fi & etc.
And it also does AirPrint. (apple article shows AirPrint compatible ones)

Most modern printers from major quality makers offer good support &
better efficiencies. While an older printer you already have, has benefits
if that could work. But doubt it would be a success, given age of unit.
