My airpods won't turn on or charge. Ive had them for 3 years but i treat them well and they have only been dropped a couple times with a case on them. My boyfriend had a problem with his beats studio 3 headphones and he told me to just ask for a replacement.
i can send them back to be looked at.

Getting a Replacement for Upgrade:
Perhaps.
These are just user-to-user forums. No on here has any call to your transactions (and that is a good thing, BTW). So, did you pay for AppleCare for these?
