You've been scammed and you own a useless, you can never use it, iPhone. You've more than likely purchased a stolen iPhone and since you don't know the actual credentials used to set up the phone, the phone can't be used. Apple will NOT help you. We cannot help you. Your only option is to recycle the phone responsibly and learn from a bad buying decision. NEVER purchase a used Apple device you haven't seen in person and verified it opens to the Hello Page.

DO NOT go out looking for a service which claims they can unlock the phone. They can't. No one can. You'd just be throwing more money away.
