Cannot send or receive sms from my iphone14

I have a plan that allows sms and calls and everything.

I have my physical sim and I can receive and send sms. With the physical I can do all. So my plan accepts it.

but I cannot receive neither send sms from my iphone14. Can someone help me? The cell number is on the iMessage, I turned on the flag send as sms… does not work yet.

Greetings Vshimada,

If you are unable to send or receive messages, these are the best steps to take:

"Update your device to the latest version of iOS or iPadOS if needed.
In the Settings app, tap Cellular. Make sure that your phone line is turned on. If you use multiple SIMs, make sure that the phone number you want to use is selected and turned on.
In the Settings app, tap Messages. Turn iMessage off and then back on.
Tap Send & Receive.
Tap the phone number that you want to use with Messages." If you can't send or receive messages on your iPhone or iPad

If the issue continues contact your carrier to ensure that everything is ok on their end, since SMS messages go through your carrier.
