Electric Shock On Mac

Whenever I connect my MacBook Pro (2015 model) with a monitor via Hdmi cable, my Mac gives me little bit electric shock. I can also feel like an electric field working on Mac full body when I touch the device with smooth hand.

Is it normal and safe ? What are the necessary steps to fix this?

Does not sound normal, does not sound safe...
