Over 24hrs and electronic gift card hasn’t come in

My bank account was charged, and my order has been “processing” for over 24 hours now. Anyone know why?

Try this:

1.

Check your spam folder of the Web version mailbox.

2.

Check the spam folder of the mail client software.
