Battery Health decline is not linear, meaning it can remain steady for a period of time and then drop a few points. You don't say how long you've owned your iPhone, but since it is an iPhone 12 Pro, we can assume about 3 years as Apple discontinued that phone about 3 years ago. And since Battery Health can decline (on average) 1% per month, you're battery has actually performed well, if you have owned it for about 3 years. You are just getting close to the end of the useful life of your iPhone battery and it's about time for you to need a new battery. You can certainly have the phone evaluated at your Apple Store Genius Bar, but it is unlikely they will say there is anything really wrong with your iPhone. They will likely offer you the option to pay for a new battery for $89, however.
