Does iWatch need ventilation while wearing to sleep?
If my iWatch is covered up tightly with blankets, pressed against the bed or pillow while wearing it, will it overheat?

No, it will not overheat doing that. In your sleep, the watch is not doing much exept for heart rate measurements. I always sleep with my Apple Watch since having my first watch in 2015. It never overheats or something
