Can not Log In on Apple Music on Web

Hello everyone,

I have a three month free trial on Apple Music from Shazam (Activated three days ago as of righting this post) and I'm currently logged in on iTunes on my Windows PC and on the app on my iPhone. Over the past few days I've been trying to log into it on the web through FireFox and it keeps failing. When I click to sign in the text field to enter my email appears briefly before displaying a button that says "Continue". When I click it it does nothing and I'm not able to log in. I've tried restarting my system, logging out and logging back on on my other devices and different web browsers such as Edge and Vivaldi but nothing has worked so far. Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advanced!

Am no expert in this area, yet your post surely deserves a response.

Wondering which log-in info you are using for iTunes on your Windows PC and on the iPhone, and if you used the same info with the free trial.


You could check you are logged in (to your iPhone) with your Apple ID:

Sign in with your Apple ID - Apple Support

Then:

You might want to double check you have signed in to Apple Music with your Apple ID and Apple ID password on your iPhone:

  1. Open the Apple Music app and tap Listen Now.
  2. In the top-right corner, tap the photo icon.
  3. Sign in with your Apple ID and password.


Seems you would then log-in on the web with the same Apple ID and Apple ID password you used for the free trial.
