Sounds like you are getting a bunch of "phishing" scam messages, either in the form of Web site notifications, or in the form of e-mails. (Mail pops up notifications when you receive new e-mails.)

If you think that you are running out of iCloud storage, check that for yourself. Don't trust what the messages say – and don't click on the messages, or any links in them, or call any numbers mentioned in them. It seems very likely that these messages are from spammers or criminals who want to frighten you into buying software that you don't need – or giving them the information they need to empty out your bank accounts.

As far as messages claiming that your phone has been hacked, or is full of viruses, those messages are generally pure lies by criminals who wish they knew how to hack your phone. I won't say that iOS is 100% proof against all attacks, but it is pretty locked-down, and the people who send those scare messages are counting on victims not having enough detailed awareness of how things work to realize how far-fetched the messages are.
