it only says use “paypal “credit or debit or visa” i dont want to apply any cards on my phone and it doesn’t give me the option of “none” like other people and eveytime i’m trying to download something it requires a card so it doesnt let me download the app i want

Almost ALL free apps have In-app purchases and in order to download those free apps, you MUST have a valid payment method tied to your Apple account. You don't ever have to buy anything, so the apps are indeed free. But if you want to download them, you'll HAVE to have a payment method.
Why doesnt it say “none” for me ?
