Have had only 2 bars for last 2 years. In a rural area. Got a notice pole work was completed last month. Still 2 bars. Tired of calling for help. Thx for any help.

Do you know if the carrier you use, is supported in that new tower? Two bars or not, are you having connectivity issues? As long as you are connecting and not having calls dropped all the time, I wouldn't be concerned with the number of bars you see. Also, on your iPhone, open Settings > Carrier > Cellular Data Options > Voice and Data > Turn to Auto. This way your iPhone will automatically choose the best signal.
