Paint chipping

This happened to my iPhone 13 Pro and my partners and has happened to my iPhone 14 pro as well. This is clearly an ongoing bad manufacture process and apple are refusing to own up to it. I wonder if we can get a combined no win no fee company to take this to apple

Paint Chip/Damaged Hi All, i am a Iphone 14 Pro Max user but recently got the issue with white mark paint coming off from the frame/bezels. I am using an iphone case since i bought this device back in 1st Dec 2022. Will regularly clean it up but still feel dissapointed with the white mark that appeared. Is not a dent and basically a paint that being peel off. Will Apple cover this part of the warranty?
