Voicemail Passcode not working

I have recently changed my number on AT&T, & my voicemail passcode is not working. How do I reset it so I can access my voicemail?

iPhone 12, iOS 16

While we all generally detest doing so; the best method is to contact your carrier … preferably from a 2nd line to facilitate “testing.”


Sorting-out voice mail is a carrier responsibility.


Differences in carrier implementations make it too difficult to attempt troubleshooting here.
