iPhone 11 was introduced by Apple in 2019. So it may be new to you, but it likely was manufactured a long time ago. Batteries age naturally and with every full cycle battery charge. There's a good chance the battery was already degrading by the time you bought your iPhone. Who did you purchase the phone from? If from Apple directly or an actual Apple Authorized Service provider, the battery, if it degrades to 80% or less within the actual warranty period of 12 months would be covered. Since you are at 88%, Apple won't offer anything at this point. When the health declines to 80% or less, you will then want to pay to have the battery replaced. Until then you don't have a Battery Health issue which would be warranty eligible.

iPhone 11 was discontinued in Sept 2020, so the phone sat in a warehouse at least 4 months and probably longer before you bought the phone.

You can make an appointment at the Apple Store or take the phone to an authorized Apple Service shop to have them check out the phone, but they are going to tell you that the Battery Health is within normal expectations.

In other words, Apple is not going to do anything at this point as far as replacing the battery if that might be what you are looking for.
