Add -Esim option not appearing

I recently bought I phone 12 pro max - 1 physical sim &esim option basis . But I tried to add esim option(the icon - add esim ) not appearing in Setting option . I did ,net work reset, Aeroplane mode (on & off ), full reset & approach Carrier service 3 times but without this option carrier Service also help less .

I contacted apple support -3 customer service officers including one senior officer but not found any solution .every one saying the same thing do this and that but no solution found yet . I personally feel sim ios -16.6 issues any one have any good experience on this matter please share & if any solution plz share that too 🙏
